How to open a bottle of Still Wine?

1. Remove capsule by knife
2. Wipe the neck of bottle with clean cloth
3. Draw the cork gently with corkscrew
4. Final clean the neck inside and out
5. Pour a sample into a glass checking condition

How to Decant an OLD wine (¦³°s´í)?

1. Move the bottle horizontally from its rack to a decanting basket.
2. Very gently remove the top of the capsule, clean the neck
3. Very gently remove the cork
4. Remove the bottle from the basket, not to disturb the deposit
5. Holding the bottle in front of light, pour wine carefully into decanter until deposit can be seen near the neck, at this point stop pouring.

How to open a Sparkling Wine?

1. Remove the foil, loosen the wire cage
2. The cork must be held securely
3. Hold the bottle 30', grip the cork, other hand grip the base
4. Turn the bottle, not the cork
5. Hold the cork steady, resisting the presure, slowly out
6. with a quiet "phut", not an explosion and flying cork
